Leveling Up the Family Entertainment Experience
It was an extremely fun challenge to bring a modern-themed family entertainment facility to middle Tennessee. We knew in terms of square footage it would be the largest in the state and wanted brand/marketing campaigns to reflect that.
Although we had started to see others use a similar environment for smaller activities (i.e. mini bowling at bars) no one had applied this theme to a location with the versatility of activities like The City Forum.
It seemed we were ahead of the curve. Other large brands such as Chuck E. Cheese soon began making their facilities more adult-friendly while focusing on activities for all ages.
